About Trinergy
Trinergy started in Brussels as an energy services company for organisations with large building portfolios, offering personalised support on energy management. Over time it turned that know-how into software, so that more organisations could manage their energy efficiently. Today its platform covers energy purchasing, monitoring, invoice validation, cost allocation, budgeting and compliance reporting, and the company describes itself as having more than 21,500 buildings in portfolio. Its clients include property managers and syndics such as BNP Paribas Real Estate, Colliers, Citya and Esset, the Belgian railway company NMBS/SNCB, the retail chain Renmans and the industrial group Finasucre. Citya, for example, administers more than 300 buildings and handles 50 000 energy invoices a year with Trinergy. Trinergy is based in Woluwe-Saint-Lambert and has been part of the Swedish Vitec Software Group since 2024.
