Terra Reporting is a Belgian ESG reporting platform built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sustainability. It brings a group's ESG data from ERP, HR, energy and supply-chain systems into one governed model, then runs double materiality, CSRD and ESRS reporting with a full audit trail.
About Terra Reporting
Terra Reporting was founded in 2023 in Londerzeel, Belgium, by technology and digital transformation specialists who saw ESG as a data challenge rather than a legal exercise. The founding team is Wim Geukens (CEO), Cagatay Yalcin (CTO) and Mahsa Rafiei (CPO). Its Terra ESG Platform is built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sustainability, Dataverse, the Power Platform, Azure and Microsoft Fabric, and is organised in modules: Record (data ingestion into a common data model), Report (double materiality, regulatory reporting, impact calculations and group-level reporting), Act (targets, modelling and programme management) and Collaborate (stakeholder engagement and workflow automation). It offers sector templates and emission factors for maritime and shipbuilding, building materials, manufacturing, logistics, energy, financial services and retail. Clients include Port of Antwerp-Bruges and the building materials group Fedrus International. In 2026 Terra Reporting partnered with proMX and Silvester Group to serve the German market and was Gold Sponsor of the Climate Tech Summit in Antwerp. Companies can start with a free half-day ESG workshop or a two-month CSRD readiness pilot.

What Terra Reporting has delivered
Fedrus InternationalBuilding materials
One CSRD process for more than 20 legal entities
Fedrus International, a building materials group active in roofing, facade and rainwater systems, already measured a lot of ESG data, but it was spread across more than 20 legal entities, each with its own systems and definitions. Consolidating it by hand worked once, but was not repeatable or easy to trace for assurance. With Terra Reporting, Fedrus modelled its group structure in the platform, mapped more than 150 ESG data sources into one common data model and moved collection to an automated quarterly cycle. Reporting now follows CSRD and ESRS requirements with a traceable path from source data to disclosed figure, and new entities can be added without rebuilding the process.
Automated CSRD reporting for one of Europe's largest ports
Port of Antwerp-Bruges, which aims for climate neutrality by 2050, needed a reliable CSRD reporting process that would scale with an organisation spread over several legal entities, drawing on ESG data from more than 15 operational sources. Using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sustainability together with the Terra Reporting ESG solution, the port now collects data from across its entities, integrates it into one governed model, follows progress in Power BI dashboards and prepares CSRD-aligned disclosures from the same dataset. Manual consolidation has given way to a structured, repeatable cycle that can take on new entities and requirements.
