Onefield, the Belgian subsidiary of the Proxiserve group based in Nivelles, builds and maintains telecom, electrical and IoT networks with 250 field staff. A year after its first Bilan Carbone®, it wanted to track its footprint despite 26% headcount growth and replace estimates (freight, subcontractor travel) with physical data. Smart2Circle audited the 2023 data, collected real fuel and charging data for the mostly combustion-engine fleet, crane-truck freight, energy and waste invoices, and compared 2024 with 2023. The update was completed in under three months, and Onefield extended the partnership to its first sustainability report and an EcoVadis assessment.

Groupe Jean Nonet, a family construction group active in Belgium and Luxembourg, wanted to measure its 2023 emissions for the first time and decide where to act. The hard part was purchasing: steel, concrete and aggregates were often recorded in euros, with units varying by supplier. Smart2Circle trained the teams and the management committee, set up a shared materials reference and per-subsidiary collection templates, checked invoices against quantities, and calculated scopes 1, 2 and 3 in the Tapio software. Brainstorming sessions produced levers such as fleet electrification, biodiesel for trucks and recycled materials, and the teams were trained to update the footprint every year.

Trendy Foods supplies 1,100 customers in Belgium and Luxembourg from 3 logistics sites with a fleet of 100 trucks, and sells everything from drinks and confectionery to tobacco and electronics accessories. For its first carbon footprint (2023), the challenge was to find emission factors for such varied goods and to assess deliveries, packaging and the fridges lent to customers. Smart2Circle trained the teams, mapped flows across the three sites, collected purchasing, energy, transport, packaging, waste and use-phase data, and calculated the footprint in the Tapio software under the Bilan Carbone® method and the GHG Protocol.
