MyMove is a Brussels company based at BeCentral that develops its own fleet-sharing and rental software and the hardware to connect vehicles. It serves four groups: corporate fleets, service vehicles of companies and public bodies, car rental companies and car dealers. The package combines in-car keyless technology, a white-label app for users, a central management dashboard, integrations with existing systems through an open API, and 24/7 in-app support in three languages. For employers, it pairs a shared fleet with the Belgian mobility budget so employees can switch between professional and private use. MyMove reports 1,300 vehicles, 10,000 users and 8,800 reservations per month on its platform and is ISO 27001 certified. Organisations shown on its site include McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Fluvius, the Belgian Defence, the City of Brussels, Indaver and Mediafin, and its app powers Audi-on-demand, a 24/7 short-term rental service.
