Avo'Mobility is a light electric mobility service for employers, run by the French company Welgo SAS in Paris. It operates in France and Belgium and is also present in Germany, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. The catalogue covers more than 50 models tested in the field: city, folding, cargo, longtail, trekking and gravel e-bikes, kick scooters, scooters and electric motorbikes from brands such as Tern, Cube, Brompton and Urban Arrow. Companies choose between three offers: buying a fleet, a bike or motorbike for each employee paid through gross salary, or the Avo service alone for a fleet they already own. In every case Avo'Mobility handles selection, branding, delivery and set-up, then maintenance, wear parts, 24/7 assistance and replacement after theft under the contract's conditions. Its own platform and app connect to HR systems through SSO and an API and track each vehicle's status, use and servicing. Repairs are done locally with reconditioned parts where possible, and used vehicles get a second life through the AVO Shop. Avo'Mobility also runs Demo Days on company sites so employees can test bikes, scooters and cargo bikes before choosing.
