About Index+
Index+ was founded in Liège in 2016 to manage energy for apartment buildings and for third-party investors in cogeneration and solar power. In 2023 it merged with Meterbuy, a supplier of metering equipment to heating engineers and electricians since 2009, so one company now covers design, supply, installation, maintenance and the data platform. The team brings more than 20 years of experience in metering and works from offices in Evere (Brussels) and Ans (Liège). Its catalogue includes heat, water, electricity, gas and fuel meters, data loggers, LoRa antennas and repeaters from brands such as Integra, Axioma, Zenner and Iskraemeco, each configured in the workshop before delivery. The platform belongs entirely to Index+, reads any device using wireless M-Bus, M-Bus, Modbus or LoRa, and can be adapted to a client's needs. Index+ manages 60 buildings and monitors more than 5,000 solar installations every day. Its references include residential and office buildings such as Tour Paradis in Liège, Solvay The Place To and Palatium in Brussels, and clients such as BNP Paribas Real Estate, AG Real Estate, the European Commission and Bruxelles Environnement.
