Solar power plants, industrial batteries and EV chargers for businesses, designed around your consumption and maintained after installation.
About Heliotech SRL
Heliotech designs and installs solar power plants for businesses, mostly between 15 and 250 kWp, on roofs, car parks or open ground. Its in-house design office starts from the site's real consumption profile and recommends the right mix: solar alone, or with an industrial battery for self-consumption and peak shaving, and EV chargers, so the client has a single point of contact. Every project follows the same six steps, from analysis and grid or roof-stability studies to commissioning after inspection, then monitoring and preventive maintenance keep the plant performing. A human-sized team means direct access to decision-makers and fast turnaround. Projects can be financed with own funds or through third-party investment with partners.

One of Europe’s largest architectural solar plants
4,067 panels spread over the six buildings of the market cover 10,500 m² and power its shops directly. The surplus goes to the “Les Dauphins” Olympic pool through a virtual PPA, so locally produced energy is fully used.
On the flat roof of the Berchem-Sainte-Agathe store, 540 panels were laid out east-west to spread production across the whole day, matching a supermarket’s steady daytime load.
Two roofs now carry 474 modules, oriented east-west and fitted with DC disconnectors so the plant can be shut down quickly if needed. The hospital self-consumes its production and contributes to the flexibility of the Belgian grid.
The Mechelen formwork and scaffolding specialist wanted to curb its energy costs at peak times. 866 panels, held by anchor blocks on a pitched EPDM roof, now cover the site’s needs and move it towards self-consumption.
Fitting a solar plant onto three separate roof platforms
The roof of this shopping centre in the heart of Liège is split into three separate platforms. After a detailed site study, Heliotech laid out 377 south-facing panels across all three to get the most out of the available surface despite the building's constraints. The site now produces more of its own electricity and avoids 20.7 tonnes of CO₂ a year.
For this Brussels investor, the main goal was regulatory and strategic: improve the EPB (energy performance) score of its buildings, since a better certificate makes an asset more attractive to tenants and investors and protects its value. Heliotech installed 88 panels on the flat roofs of two apartment buildings in Koekelberg, laid out for urban roofs, for 40.5 kWp and 5 tonnes of CO₂ avoided each year.
This notary's office in Wanze already had two solar installations, each on its own electrical board. Heliotech rewired the existing connections to free one board, then built a 37.8 kWp solar carport with 84 panels and two double EV chargers for the office's electric vehicles. The site avoids 5.2 tonnes of CO₂ a year.
