Businesses and residents use it for parcel delivery, urban storage and advice on switching to cycle logistics, across the five Liège postcodes 4000, 4020, 4030, 4031 and 4032.
About RAYON9
RAYON9 is an approved cooperative company and social enterprise based at Rue de Mulhouse 36 in Liège. It has two aims: reduce the environmental impact of deliveries in the city and create quality jobs for young people. Its team of couriers and mechanics includes people employed since 2017, led by co-founder and operations manager Serge Mignonsin. RAYON9 is a member of CoopCycle, the international federation of cycle-logistics cooperatives, and uses its shared delivery software. It is also a member of Logistics in Wallonia, the Walloon logistics competitiveness cluster, where it completed the 360° supply chain diagnosis. In 2025 RAYON9 raised funds with W.ALTER, which took a stake and advises on its growth strategy, and LITA.co, which promoted the round to investors. Its customers include Proximus, Nespresso, DPD, MediaMarkt, Multipharma, the University of Liège and many local shops and producers. RAYON9 also accepts the Val'heureux, Liège's local currency.
