We’re looking for a full-time Senior Sales to help us expand, activate, and scale our network of strategic partners across Europe and beyond.

We are now looking for an experienced Senior Sales to join our team and play a key role in our growth. You will be the one opening the right doors, building trust with decision-makers, and helping us have an even greater impact.
🚀 Your missions
You’ll play a pivotal role in strenghtening, and growing Tapio’s partner ecosystem. Reporting to the Sales Team Lead and working closely with our Product and Marketing teams, your responsibilities will include:
- Define and deploy an ambitious sales strategy, targeting strategic companies and partners;
- Use your network and experience to generate opportunities and quickly close deals;
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers (C-level, sustainability directors, procurement managers…) and become their trusted partner;
- Manage the entire sales cycle (prospection, negotiation, closing) independently;
- Share your field insights with marketing and product teams to refine our messaging and offering;
- Represent Tapio at events, conferences, and within your ecosystem, as a true ambassador of the climate transition;
- Inspire and support more junior sales profiles, sharing your best practices;
- Contribute to the creation of specific sales playbooks.
🎯 Your profile
We’re looking for someone who is autonomous, people-driven, and motivated by purpose. You’re a proactive problem-solver with a passion for climate action and business development.
- You are a passionate salesperson – it’s in your DNA;
- You consistently hit your targets;
- You have at least 6–10 years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS, consulting, or sustainability), with proven success;
- You know how to close complex deals with large accounts and navigate among high-level decision-makers;
- You have an active network and know how to leverage it to generate new opportunities;
- You are fluent in French, English, and Dutch;
- You are autonomous, strategic, persistent – yet always collaborative and positive;
- You want to join a dynamic scale-up, where your role will have a direct impact on both the company’s growth and mission.
