We are launching our second Junior Sales Cohort — and we’re looking for a small team of motivated, mission-driven individuals to join the journey and become best-in-class sales players in Europe. This six-month internship program is designed to give aspiring sales professionals (that’s you!) the foundation, mentorship, and real-world exposure needed to succeed and launch a purpose-driven career in sustainability-focused business.

đŸ”„ What you’ll be doing

As a Junior ADR at Tapio you will be the link between the marketing team and the sales team.  You’ll work with our Sales and Partnerships team to:

  • Reach out via email, LinkedIn, and calls to build new relationships.
  • Research target companies and identify the right people to speak to.
  • Build your network in a vibrant sustainability world.
  • Book meetings for the sales team and support in pipeline building.
  • Collaborate with your cohort and mentors to share ideas and improve outreach
  • Track and learn from your performance, always looking to improve

🎯Your profile

We’re looking for curious, driven, and coachable people who want to grow in the commercial field. You’ll fit right in if:

  • You’re a recent graduate of a business school or early in your career and eager to learn B2B sales or equivalent (life can be a pretty good school too, you’re welcome to prove it to us😉).
  • You’re a strong communicator in English, French, and/or Dutch.
  • You’re comfortable with outreach, building relationships, and working toward targets.
  • You care about sustainability and want your work for a purpose.
  • You’re excited to work in a startup environment where things move fast.
  • You can create a relationship with people easily and easily bond with them.
  • You are passionate about understanding and solving people’s challenges.
  • You love competition and winning.

[Sales or customer-facing experience (internships, part-time jobs, etc.) is a plus, but not required]

 

đŸ’Œ What we offer

  • A 6-month CIP contract starting in July 2025. CIP contract-holders receive the mandated monthly salary of 1056€ per month. Other advantages apply.
