 We’re looking for a full-time Partnerships Manager to help us expand, activate, and scale our network of strategic partners across Europe and beyond.

🔥 What you’ll be doing

You’ll play a pivotal role in building, managing, and growing Tapio’s partner ecosystem. Reporting to the Sales Team Lead and working closely with our Product and Marketing teams, your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Manage and grow our portfolio of active and passive partners;
  • Build long-term partner relationships to maximize their success and satisfaction;
  • Help partners upsell and renew subscriptions to boost sales performance;
  • Deliver platform demos and equip partners to use Tapio autonomously;
  • Prospect and onboard new partners to support scalable growth;
  • Gather partner feedback and relay it to our Product team;
  • Represent Tapio at partner offices, events, and sustainability conferences;
  • Create reference cases and success stories with Marketing;
  • Nurture a thriving climate-focused network in your region;
  • Work cross-functionally to support Tapio’s business goals and partner enablement.

 

🎯 Your profile

We’re looking for someone who is autonomous, people-driven, and motivated by purpose. You’re a proactive problem-solver with a passion for climate action and business development.

Must haves:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B partnerships, indirect sales, account management or growth roles;
  • Fluency in Dutch, English, and French;
  • A degree in Business or a related field;
  • Strong communication and organizational skills;
  • Proven experience managing partnerships and growing a commercial ecosystem;
  • Hands-on experience with CRMs such as Hubspot or Odoo;
  • A collaborative mindset and the drive to take initiative;
  • Deep motivation to work in a mission-driven start-up;
  • Affinity with sustainability and green technologies.

Nice to have:

  • Background or education related to sustainability, climate tech, or environmental fields;
  • Familiarity with carbon frameworks (GHG Protocol, LCA, SBTs, etc.);
  • Strong interest in the climate space and an eagerness to keep learning;
  • A great sense of humor and an open, curious attitude.
