Head of Marketing

We’re looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead and scale Tapio’s marketing efforts. As a strategic thinker and hands-on leader, you’ll own the entire marketing funnel — from positioning and brand to demand generation and revenue contribution.

🔥 What you’ll be doing
As Head of Marketing, you will:
Strategy & Leadership
- Own and execute Tapio’s overall marketing strategy in close collaboration with leadership.
- Lead, mentor, and grow the marketing team across functions (growth, content, brand a,d event).
- Align marketing efforts with business objectives to drive awareness, demand, and revenue.
Growth & Acquisition
- Oversee all acquisition channels (paid and organic), optimizing for pipeline impact and CAC.
- Build and scale performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Capterra).
- Use A/B testing, data insights, and funnel analysis to maximize conversion.
Brand & Content
- Develop and evolve Tapio’s brand positioning across markets and customer segments.
- Oversee content strategy and storytelling efforts in partnership with the content team.
- Ensure consistent messaging across campaigns, website, sales materials, and channels.
SEO & Organic Growth
- Own and implement the SEO strategy to drive qualified traffic and lead generation.
- Manage keyword research, content briefs, and link-building initiatives.
Marketing Ops & Analytics
- Build and maintain a high-performance marketing stack and reporting framework.
- Own dashboards, KPIs, and experimentation processes to guide decisions.
- Leverage automation and AI tools to scale effectively and intelligently.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, sales, and customer teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies.
- Support launches, customer education, and product positioning with targeted campaigns.
🎯 Your profile
You’re a strategic, entrepreneurial marketing leader who thrives in a purpose-driven, fast-moving environment.
Must-Haves
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, in SaaS, tech, or climate tech.
- Proven success leading marketing teams and building multi-channel strategies.
- Strong track record in both performance marketing and brand positioning.
- Expertise in SEO, paid acquisition, content strategy, and CRM/marketing ops.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to drive KPIs, attribution models, and ROI.
- Strong leadership and project management skills — you can drive both strategy and execution.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French and Dutch is a strong plus.
Nice-to-Haves
- Passion for climate tech and sustainability.
- Experience in cross-functional environments (sales, product, tech).
- Passion for AI tools, growth hacking frameworks, or international marketing.
