🔥 What you’ll be doing
You’ll sit at the intersection of strategy and execution—leading our commercial team, structuring scalable systems, and managing high-value client relationships. Working cross-functionally and reporting to the leadership team, your responsibilities will include:
- Lead, coach, and support a growing team of Account Executives and Sales Reps;
- Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with company growth goals;
- Scale the team and structure the commercial funnel using data-driven insights;
- Personally manage and grow strategic key accounts;
- Train and instill consultative sales practices and commercial excellence;
- Get your hands dirty with your team—supporting them in the field;
- Use and improve our CRM (Odoo) to track and optimize pipeline performance;
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Carbon experts teams;
- Co-create campaigns and sales content with Marketing;
- Actively participate in management meetings and align vision with execution;
- Track performance metrics and continuously optimize the sales funnel;
- Support inbound and outbound market development initiatives;
- Act as a trusted commercial voice—internally and externally.
🎯 Your profile
We’re looking for a proactive leader who is analytical, people-oriented, and passionate about sustainability.
Must-haves:
- 4–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or coaching role;
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals;
- Strong command of consultative selling methodologies and sales team management;
- Fluent in English, French, and Dutch;
- A hands-on, energetic leadership style with a talent for team-building;
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making ability;
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills;
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Odoo, Hubspot, or similar);
- Passion for sustainability and a desire to lead with purpose and impact.
Bonus points:
- Experience selling to C-level and sustainability decision-makers;
- Background in climate tech, sustainability consulting, or environmental SaaS;
- Familiarity with carbon accounting standards (GHG Protocol, SBTi, LCA, etc.).
