🔥 What you’ll be doing
As our GTM Engineer, you’ll sit at the intersection of product, sales, marketing, and operations. Success looks like scalable growth engines, seamless buyer journeys, and meaningful progress on Tapio’s climate mission and international expansion — all driven by smart, repeatable GTM strategies.
You’ll build systems and workflows that bring Tapio’s platform to new partners, new markets, and more organisations ready to decarbonise. You’ll be in charge of content distribution, leveraging the latest cutting-edge technologies, ensuring we are on top of a fast-moving environment.
- Design and orchestrate seamless buyer journeys from ICP to conversion
- Build and optimise automated, multi-channel GTM campaigns
- Launch and iterate on experiments to increase conversion and reduce CAC
- Own and improve our GTM tech stack (e.g., Clay, HubSpot, Smartlead, Keyplay, Odoo)
- Use data to inform targeting, messaging, and strategy
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Leadership to drive aligned growth
- Scale our international Partnerships Program with reliable, repeatable systems
🎯Your profile
Must haves:
- 3–5+ years of experience in growth engineering, GTM ops, revenue operations, or similar roles;
- Familiarity with modern GTM tools like Clay, HubSpot, SendSpark, Smartlead, or Keyplay;
- Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with automation and data;
- Basic coding abilities (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and comfort working with APIs;
- Proven success leading technical projects across multiple teams; Fluent in English, French and/ or Dutch.
Bonus points:
- Educational or professional background in a related field;
- Passion for environmental issues,
- Proactivity, rigor, and ownership;
- Curiosity for emerging tech and a love for learning;
- Familiarity with GHG protocols, LCA tools (like Simapro), or SBTi frameworks;
- Open-mindedness, team spirit, and a great sense of humor!
