Are you an ambitious individual looking to tackle climate change during working hours too? We are a climate tech start-up located in the heart of Brussels, seeking an ambitious and motivated person to help us build our product.

At Tapio, we are developing a software to accelerate the climate transition. Our partners and in-house Climate Experts use Tapio to work more efficiently and provide added value to their clients. We already have a mature product,  but we want to bring it to the next level!

Who are we?

We know companies have a significant role in the global sustainable transition, and Tapio is here to inspire them to tackle climate change. We provide the tools and carbon expertise they need to succeed. We envision a decarbonized future, and we’re looking to team up with great people to solve problems. Does this sound like a match?

  • Brainstorm and research potential solutions to address customer needs
  • Evaluate the feasibility and impact of new ideas
  • Prioritize product features based on customer feedback, market demand, and business goals
  • Work with the team to develop product roadmaps
  • Analyze product usage data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Use data to inform decision-making and prioritize feature development
  • Provide support to existing customers to ensure they get the most out of our product.
  • Collaborate with various teams:
    • Carbon Experts: Understand their needs and incorporate their feedback into the product.
    • Developers: Analyze the feasibility of solutions, write specifications and support development.
    • Sales: Identify opportunities to enhance the product’s value proposition.
